Join us for a comprehensive, two-day in-person training designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to confidently support families during the postpartum period. This immersive course covers the full spectrum of care, from the birth experience and hospital recovery to the crucial first few months at home.

You'll gain hands-on insights into daytime and overnight support, lactation and infant feeding (including bottle-feeding), caring for multiples, and understanding Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). We'll also explore safe sleep practices, household support strategies, and how to work within the doula scope of practice.
